This past week we had a fun visitor...Grandpa Harris!
About the time we moved out here, David started a business partnership with a company about 20 minutes away, so this is the second time we've been able to see him in the past 7 months! We feel so lucky that we happened to move to the same area where he visits without even knowing it. Ben was SO excited to have a visitor to play with him and play catch with.
We went to the park so Ben could ride his bike, but he had other plans. After a good little fit he threw rocks instead.
Everything is a gun.
Jay went high-class dumpster diving and found me some coupons. Then I acted like I really loved them and threw them back away. yuck. Sorry Jay...now you know.
We even got to swim at Grandpa's hotel. We swam in the hot tub because it wasn't too hot for Ben, it was awesome. Ben got to show off his swimming skills.

How fun! Jay looks a ton like his dad! I love when we get visitors, which is not very often. and, dang, Ben can get some height with that rock!
For my 7 year old stepson, everything is a gun (or sword). For my 10 month old son, everything is a car. Including (but not limited to) shoes found laying around the livingroom. :)
