Ben turned 5 yesterday! I can’t believe how fast 5 years went by…hopefully the next 13 years slow down! Ben wanted a Star Wars/Spiderman birthday. Jay decorated the birthday scene with a house full of streamers and balloons too…
We took Ben and his friends Asher and Jense to Blastoff in Idaho Falls where they ran and ran and ran…and ate and ate and ate. They loved it but we sure wiped them out!
All Ben wanted this year was this pack of Fighter Pods and Squeekies…I had no idea what he was talking about…luckily I got the right thing!
We ended the day with cake, more presents, shooting off the stomp rocket in the front yard, and dinner with Uncle Ben and Aunt Mercedes.
Ben is such a sweet boy and so thoughtful. He loves school and is really excited to go to Kindergarten so he can ride the bus with the other kids. He LOVES doing crafts, helping me cook, helping me with Ryan and take care of Sophie, playing outside with his friends, riding his bike, playing soccer and catch, and playing games. We sure love our Ben!
